MANILA, Philippines — Following the reported arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC), the camp of Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa sought a temporary restraining order (TRO) against his arrest without a “valid” judicial warrant from the Philippine Supreme Court.
