Cops seize P3.3-M ‘shabu’ in Iloilo drug sting

ILOILO CITY, Philippines — Police seized over P3.3 million worth of suspected “shabu” and arrested three suspects during a buy-bust operation in Balasan town on Monday, June 1. A 14-year-old girl, identified as the granddaughter of the primary target, was also rescued during the operation and turned over to local social welfare authorities. Police identified the primary target as 46-year-old alias “Dodoy,” a resident of Estancia, Iloilo, whom authorities classified as a high-value individual.
