RAMON, Isabela—Police are pursuing two motorcycle-riding men who allegedly shot a dog dead in Ramon on April 24, using closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage to trace the motorcycle’s plate number. Police Maj. Jay-ar Olya-on, Ramon Police chief, said one of the suspects shot the dog with a 9mm pistol along the Isabela–Alfonso Lista road in Purok 6, Barangay Ambatali.
