RAMON, Isabela — Cops are now hunting down two motorcycle-riding men fatally shooting a dog in Ramon on April 24, using CCTV footage to trace the motorcycle’s plate number. Ramon Police Chief Police Maj. Jay-ar Olya-on stated that one of the suspects shot the dog with a 9mm pistol along the Isabela–Alfonso Lista road in Purok 6, Barangay Ambatali.
