BACOLOD CITY – Rep. Javier Miguel Benitez, of the third District of Negros Occidental, announced that the proposed P1-billion Negros Occidental Convention Center in Silay City is targeted for completion by late 2027 or early 2028, while funding has also been committed for the modernization of the Bacolod-Silay International Airport.
