Contractor liability eyed in Angeles City building collapse

ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — Authorities are now examining possible legal liability on the part of the contractor and building owner following the collapse of a nine-story structure in Barangay Balibago here, a Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) official said on Tuesday. Fire Supt.
