TACLOBAN CITY โ Four passengers were rescued after a motorized boat suffered engine failure while traveling from Capoocan, Leyte, to Barangay Looc, Cabucgayan, Biliran on Sunday morning. According to the Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Cabucgayan, Charlyn Gelizan, 29, a resident of Barangay Looc, reported the incident at 9:45 a.m. She informed authorities that a boat carrying four passengers was in distress in the waters off Barangay Looc.
