MANILA, Philippines — A new coalition is being eyed in the Senate to install Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian as the new Senate president, according to Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri. Zubiri admitted that until now, the minority bloc known as Solid Bloc-11 (SB-11) still needs to get the number needed to unseat Cayetano, who took over the Senate presidency on May 11.
