Coalition eyed to install Sherwin Gatchalian as Senate president–Zubiri

MANILA, Philippines — A new coalition is being eyed in the Senate to install Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian as the new Senate president, according to Sen. Juan Miguel Zubiri.
