MANILA, Philippines — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group National Capital Region (CIDG NCR) explained that no orange detainee shirt had fit Sen. Jinggoy Estrada when he was undergoing the booking procedure. “There were time constraints during that time because we had to deliver him to the Sandiganbayan,” CIDG NCR chief Col. John Guiagui told reporters in Camp Crame on Thursday. “All our available clothes, we had him try them on, they didn’t fit his body’s build.
