CIDG issues subpoena vs Bato Dela Rosa

MANILA, Philippines — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) on Monday issued a subpoena against Sen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa.
