MANILA, Philippines โ The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) on Monday said it was looking into a possible syndicate behind the manufacturing of fake license plates. โThe plates you see being sold all around Metro Manila are only stores or depots,โ CIDG Anti-Organized Crime Unit (AOCU) Chief Lt.
