LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — The Cebu City government has compiled a list of public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers who may receive a fuel subsidy to help ease the impact of rising oil prices on the transport sector. The move aims to support drivers who face higher operating costs while avoiding an immediate fare increase that could add to commuters’ expenses.
