CEBU, Philippines — Cebu Archbishop Alberto “Abet” Uy delivered one of his strongest public admonitions yet against corruption in a pointed homily during the 426th annual fiesta of the Archdiocesan Shrine of St. Catherine of Alexandria in Carcar City on November 25.
