VALENCIA CITY, Bukidnon — Despite being the largest public elementary school in Bukidnon in terms of enrollment, Valencia City Central School continues to struggle with chronic classroom shortages and recurring flooding, problems school officials say require urgent intervention from the Department of Education (DepEd).
