TACLOBAN CITY, LEYTE, Philippines — Biliran Governor Rogelio Espina has ordered the reinstatement of the regular five-day workweek in the provincial government of Biliran and all of its municipalities starting Monday, June 1, ending the compressed four-day workweek schedule that had been implemented as part of energy conservation measures earlier this year. The directive is contained in Executive Order No.24 signed by Espina through the Office of the Governor.
