CEBU CITY, Philippines โ A man was wounded after being shot by a townmate allegedly driven by a long-standing personal grudge in Barangay Canbanua, Argao town, on Friday evening, June 12, 2026. The victim was identified as Jayford Earl Villegas, of legal age, single, and a resident of Barangay Canbanua. The suspect, identified as Felipe Albite, 40, of Barangay Talaga, Argao, was arrested shortly after the incident.
