MANILA, Philippines – Senator Panfilo Lacson on Wednesday accused Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano of damaging the chamber by leading through Facebook livestreams while regular sessions remain stalled. Lacson said Cayetano’s continued absence from the session hall and alleged verbal suspension of sessions have turned the Senate’s leadership into the source of the very attack it claims to resist. “WHAT A MESS!
