SUBIC BAY FREEPORT, Philippines — The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) has reversed course on its handling of electronic waste (e-waste) shipments from the US, saying it would bar another shipment that is expected to arrive at the port after earlier defending e-waste recycling operations inside this freeport.
