ADF rebels commit deadly attack in DR Congo

ADF fighters killed at least 16 people in the city of Beni on Sunday, according to the Congolese government. While the details about the attack are still not clear, it is the first time the ADF made an incursion into Beni in three years. FRANCE 24's Emmet Livingstone reports from DR Congo.
