ALICIA, Isabela — Four people were killed after a trailer truck reportedly lost control and rammed a multi-purpose vehicle and a motorcycle before crashing into a tree along the national highway in Barangay Rizaluna here early Monday morning, police said. Investigators said the truck was traveling toward the southern part of Isabela when its rear wheel reportedly burst and its brakes malfunctioned, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
