COTABATO CITY — Police in Tawi-Tawi province arrested three Chinese men on May 7 for allegedly engaging in information gathering through the sale of counterfeit mobile phones. Operatives from the Tawi-Tawi Provincial Police Office arrested the suspects during an operation that led to the discovery of counterfeit iPhones and watches in the suspects’ possession. Brig. Gen.
